I watched a really fascinating video today from raw food nerd (in the most rock’n’roll way possible) David Wolfe.

Wolfe was discussing the necessary role of fats in the absorption of carotenoids, folate, and basically all of the colourful good stuff we’re hoping to get from our juices and smoothies.
